Returns & Replacements
- Returns will be processed up to 7 days from the date of receipt. An item may be returned for a refund ONLY in a form of store credit. Returned items must be post marked within 7 days of the date of receipt. Cost of shipping will not be refunded. Refunds will ONLY be issued in the form of a coupon code. Once we have received the item; we will send an email with your coupon code. Coupon codes can be used as many time; until the full amount is used. Coupon codes do not expire. If you are the recipient of a gift, please provide your full name and email address. Returns shipped more than 7 days after date of receipt will not be accepted and will be returned to sender. Items returned in any other condition than they were shipped in will also not be accepted, and returned to sender. If an item is returned for a cash refund; there will be a 20% restocking fee. If an item is returned due to an incorrect address, unable to deliver, or for any other reason other than returned by the customer; the customer will need to pay for return shipping, If the customer does not choose to have the item returned; a refund will be issued with a 20% restocking fee and less the shipping. Any item unclaimed for 60 days will be forfeited. Any item with the tags removed may not be returned. If you have any question please contact the store before purchasing. Items purchased online may be exchanged in the store.
- The store must be notified within 7 days of receiving the item. All in store purchases are final and may not be returned.
- All sales are final on Toys, Cards, and Accessories such as Hats, Sunglasses,Jewelry and Watches.
